THE BRICK BHANGRA JAM CONTEST 2025

1. GENERAL

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) exclusively at The Brick’s tent set up in The Summer Bhangra Jam 2025 Festival in Holland Park at 13428 Old Yale Rd, Surrey, BC V3T 3C7, and Celebration Square at 300 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C1 (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Bhangra Jam”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

Contest dates: Commencing Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. PT until Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. (“Contest Period”).

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

Ways to enter:

• To enter, You must visit The Brick’s tent at the Bhangra Jam in either the Surrey or Mississauga location to scan the exclusive contest QR code. A Brick representative will direct You to a QR code that will take You to the online entry ballot. You must complete and submit the online entry (“Entry/Entries”).
• Limit of one (1) Entry per family during the Contest Period.
• To enter, You must live within the respective Bhangra Jam’s province.
• For this purpose, “family” means all persons, whether related or not, living in the same household who are over the age of majority in the province in which they reside. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.
• Contest Odds: Odds of winning one of the prizes (“Contest Prizes”) decrease as the number of participants who attend the Bhangra Jam and submit an Entry during the Contest Period increase.
• “Draw Date” – Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT

2. PRIZES AND DRAW PROCEDURES

There are 11 Contest Prizes to be won, listed below:

• Two (2) $250 Brick Gift Cards; Retail: $250 each/$500 total
• One (1) Enzo 26" Genuine Leather Accent Chair; ENZOBLAC; Retail: $499.95
• Two (2) Beautyrest Black Hotel Executive Suite Eurotop Firm Queen Mattress; ESUITEQM; Retail: $2,249.00 each/$4,498.00 total
• Two (2) Midea 8-In-1 11 Quart Two-Zone HeatXpress Air Fryer Oven; MAD111D8; $149.97 each/$299.94 total

Total cumulative value of the prizes is $7,597.73 CAD.

Once the Winners have been confirmed, The Brick will arrange for delivery of the Prizes to the Winners living within 100 km of a Brick store. Should a Prize Winner live outside of the specified delivery area, The Brick will ship the Prize to the Distribution Centre/Store closest to them.

The Brick’s Satisfaction Guarantee, Price Guarantee and Price Protection policies as published from time to time shall not be applicable to any merchandise obtained as a result of redeeming the Brick Gift Card or any portion thereof. The Brick’s liability for defective merchandise shall be limited to repairing defective or, where appropriate, to exchanging such defective goods within the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with such warranties. In no case shall The Brick refund or otherwise compensate the winner beyond repairing or exchanging defective goods.

3. DRAW DATES AND PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING WINNERS

On the Draw Date, a representative from each Brick at the Surrey and Mississauga locations will draw and record twenty-two (22) Entry Forms to obtain eleven 11 winners (“Eligible Winners”). The additional entries drawn are back-up entries in the event that an initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or is unable to complete the skill-testing question (“Alternate Winners”).

The Brick representative will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winners by phone or e-mail after the Draw Date. If an Eligible Winner cannot be reached by telephone or has not contacted The Brick within three (3) days of The Brick leaving messages to do so (“Contact Date”), then that person will be disqualified, and The Brick will award the prize to the Alternative Winner.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all British Columbia and Ontario residents who have reached the age of majority on or before the commencement of the Contest Period, except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd. and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the contest rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the Winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

5. DECLARING THE WINNERS

Each Eligible Winner whose entry form has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place; and
2. execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the Prize.

Should an Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that Eligible Winner shall be disqualified, and the skill-testing question shall be administered to the first Alternate Winner.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Brick shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The Brick assumes no responsibility for any computer, online, software, servers, providers, computer equipment, hardware or technical malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an Entry.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering the Contest, You agree to The Brick’s use of Your personal information for the purpose of administering this Contest and in accordance with The Brick’s Privacy Policy.

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest. By entering this contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. From time to time The Brick may use Your personal information to ascertain Your needs and market to You through commercial electronic messages, including Automatic Dialing Announcing Device telemarketing. 9. OTHER

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.

The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this Contest.
